Engineering Executive Trainees (EET)
- Vacancies: 475 positions in various engineering disciplines.
- Recruitment: Through GATE-2024.
- Age Limit: 27 years.
- Qualification: Full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology/AMIE with at least 65% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates). Candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2024.
- Pay Scale: E-1 ₹40000-3%-140000.
Discipline-Wise Vacancy Details
- Electrical Engineering: 135 vacancies (UR-85, EWS-12, OBC-08, SC-22, ST-08)
- Mechanical Engineering: 180 vacancies (UR-96, EWS-13, OBC-22, SC-34, ST-15)
- Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering: 85 vacancies (UR-35, EWS-08, OBC-27, SC-15)
- Civil Engineering: 50 vacancies (UR-25, OBC-03, SC-16, ST-06)
- Mining Engineering: 25 vacancies (UR-13, OBC-03, SC-05, ST-04)
Candidates aspiring to join NTPC as Engineering Executive Trainee in 2025 must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE)-2024. Selection will be based on GATE-2024 performance.
Application Fee
Interested candidates need to pay an application fee of ₹300/- to apply. SC/ST/PWD/Ex.SM candidates are exempt from paying the fee.
