HCL GET Recruitment Through GATE 2023/24/25
Candidates applying for the Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) positions at Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) must have appeared for the GATE Examination in 2023, 2024, or 2025 and possess a valid GATE score in the same engineering discipline as their qualifying degree.
HCL Engineer Trainee Recruitment 2025 Vacancies
Graduate Engineer Trainees (GET): 27 vacancies (UR-14, EWS-2, OBC-5, SC-4, ST-2)
Age: 28 years as of 01/08/2025.
Qualification: 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate in the qualifying engineering degree in the relevant cadre/discipline from University/Institutions recognized by Government /UGC/AIU/AICTE with GATE 2025/2024/2023 marks.
Stipend and Pay Scale: During one year of training, the selected candidates will receive a starting basic pay of ₹40000/-. Upon successful completion of training, they will be appointed as Assistant Manager at E-1 grade on Probation in the pay scale of ₹40000-3%-140000/-

- Mining: 10 vacancies (UR-5, EWS-1, OBC-2, SC-1, ST-1)
- Geology: 06 vacancies (UR-2, EWS-1, OBC-2, SC-1)
- Metallurgy: 01 vacancies (UR-1)
- Electrical: 02 vacancies (UR-1, SC-1)
- Mechanical: 07 vacancies (UR-4, OBC-1, SC-1, ST-1)
- System: 01 vacancies (UR-1)
Application Fee
General, OBC, and EWS candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application processing fee of ₹500/-. All other candidates, including PwBDs, are exempt from paying the fee. The fee plus applicable Bank charges can be paid online through HCL’s website using the Payment Gateway / NEFT.
