About SSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination 2025
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) annually conducts the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGL) to recruit candidates for Grade 'C' and Group 'B' Gazetted and Non-Gazetted Government jobs. These vacancies exist in various Ministries, Departments, and Organizations within the Government of India. The tentative schedule for Tier-I (Computer Based Examination) is from August 13 to August 30, 2025. Tier-II (Computer Based Examination) is tentatively scheduled for December 2025.

Educational Qualification for CGL Examination 2025
The minimum educational qualification for the CGL Exam 2025 is a Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized University. Candidates appearing in the final year of their graduation can also apply, provided they possess the necessary qualifications on or before 01/08/2025.
For the Junior Statistical Officer posts - Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognized University or Institute with at least 60% Marks in Mathematics at 12th standard level: OR Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with Statistics as one of the subjects at degree level.
Application Fee for CGL Examination 2025
An application fee of ₹100/- is required, payable through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay Credit, or Debit cards, or cash at SBI Branch using an SBI Challan. SC/ ST/ PH/ Ex-Servicemen and Women candidates are exempt from paying the fee.
