- Associate Professor: Pay Level-13A2 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix ₹139600- 211300/-
- Assistant Professor Grade-I: Pay Level-12 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix ₹101500-167400/-
- Assistant Professor Grade-II: Consolidated salary on fixed based on Pay Level-10 ₹57700 or Pay Level-11 ₹67700 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (on contract basis)
