Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) is seeking motivated and dedicated graduates from any discipline, who have passed the CA Intermediate / CMA Intermediate (or equivalent qualification) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA Institute) / Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA Institute). Candidates should possess at least three years of relevant experience for recruitment as Assistant Officer (Grade A0) in the finance function for the year 2025. Only experience gained after passing the CA Intermediate /CMA Intermediate results will be considered.

Assistant Officer (Finance)
- Age: 30 years as of 30/06/2025
- Pay Scale: Selected Assistant Officers (A0 grade) will receive a starting basic pay of ₹40000/- per month, placed in the pay scale of ₹40000-140000 (The gross valuation of remuneration to the company will be approximately Rs. 14.23 Lakhs per annum).
- Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline with a minimum of 55% marks (relaxed to 50% for candidates belonging to SC/ST and PwBD categories).
- Passed the CA Intermediate/ CMA Intermediate (or equivalent qualification from CA/CMA institute).
- At least three years of relevant experience in the finance function as of 31 January 2025. Only experience gained after passing the CA Intermediate /CMA Intermediate results will be considered.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted for a selection process that includes a Personal Interview (PI) and Group Discussion/Group Task (GD/GT). This assesses knowledge, skills, attitude, and aptitude.
