Central Railway Apprentice Age Limit:
Minimum 15 years and Maximum 24 years as of 15/12/2022. Upper age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC candidates.
Central Railway Apprentice Salary / Stipend:
Selected candidates will receive a stipend of ₹ 7000/- per month for National or State Certificate Holders.
Central Railway Apprentice Educational Qualification:
Applicants should have:
- Passed 10th class (Matric) examination or its equivalent with at least 50% marks.
- National Trade Certificate (ITI) in relevant trade issued by the National Council for Vocational Training or Provisional Certificate issued by National Council for Vocational Training / State Council for Vocational Training.
Central Railway Apprentice Selection Process:
Selection will be based on:
- Merit list prepared for all candidates applying against the notification.
- Percentage of marks in matriculation (with minimum 50% aggregate marks) + ITI marks in the trade of Apprenticeship.
- Panel preparation based on the simple average of matriculation and ITI marks.
